Updates an existing tag's properties. System tags cannot be modified.

Error Responses:

  • 400: Invalid parameters
  • 401: Authentication required
  • 403: Cannot modify system tags or insufficient permissions
  • 404: Tag not found
  • 409: Tag name already exists in scope
