Get Lab Location

Fetches a list of lab locations when given a labId and a zipCode. Currently, only labCorp is implemented.

Our internal labId that corresponds to a lab. The default is labCorp which is 6.

The zipCode to search near.

LabCorp's valid numbers are 10, 20, 25, 50, 100. Will round to the nearest of these valid numbers if a different number is given.
