Submits an order for processing after all required information has been collected. The Telegra system can be configured for automatic submission or manual submission depending on your project settings.
When to Use This Endpoint
• Manual Submission Projects: Use this endpoint to submit orders that remain in "Started" status
• Auto-Submission Failures: Submit orders that couldn't be automatically submitted due to missing requirements
• Order Completion: Finalize orders after all prerequisites have been met
Prerequisites
Before submitting an order, ensure the following requirements are met:
Patient Information
• Date of Birth: Required for age validation
• Gender: Required for clinical assessment
Order Requirements
• Questionnaires: All required questionnaires must be completed
• Shipping Address: Complete shipping and billing address
• Payment Method: Required for patient-pay projects only
