Communication events are automatically generated by the Telegra system when communication activities occur between patients and your team. These events are sent to configured webhook endpoints for real-time notifications.
v2 payloads use api_version: "2026-08-17". Deduplicate on event_id. Message bodies are stripped in v2 — see Field Guarantees. There is no CHANNEL category; these events use the ORDER allowlist (attribution / journey_id when resolvable).
