Changelog

Product updates and release notes for the Telegra platform.

Notable changes to the Telegra platform that affect affiliates, their patients, or API integrators.

This page is updated monthly, and whenever a significant customer-facing change ships. Changes to API and webhook payloads are always listed. Internal tooling, infrastructure, and per-account configuration changes are not.

October 9, 2026

  • custom_intake_form_completed webhook. Fires once per completed affiliate custom intake form instance (all required questions answered), with a sanitized responses array and intake form identifiers. If the patient finished the form before logging in, delivery waits until they are linked to the account; journey_id is included when the instance has an originating journey. See Custom Intake Form Completed.
  • Marketing consent on custom intake forms. A form can mark one Yes/No question as the marketing-consent question; a "Yes" answer records per-affiliate consent and is reflected in patient_marketing_consent on the completion webhook and other v2 payloads. A "No" answer clears it.

September 18, 2026

  • Intake link on order_created. The event now carries the patient's intake link as orderLink (order_link in flat payloads), sent only while intake is still outstanding and omitted once it is complete. See Order Created.
  • order_visit_required is now subscribable and carries the patient's follow-up visit link in the same fields whenever the link can be generated. See Order Visit Required.
  • Both links expire seven days after they are issued. A follow-up sequence running past a week should stop rather than send a dead link.
  • Per-journey post-checkout redirect. A journey can send patients to a URL of your choosing after checkout instead of the patient portal, configurable in the journey builder.
  • Team management. Affiliate roles and seat assignment are now available in Command.
  • Project-scoped communication templates. Email and SMS templates can be overridden per project.
  • Orders page overhaul. CSV export, date-range filtering, sub-status display, order tags, and actions to resend intake, checkout, and payment-method links.
  • Patient shop tags. System Medication and Supplements tags no longer control shop visibility or appear as filters. Only tags you apply yourself do.
  • Unpaid and abandoned checkouts are no longer shown in the patient portal.

September 11, 2026

  • Klarna at checkout. Klarna is available as a payment method on Telegra Commerce, with eligibility checks and required disclosures. Enable it from Payment Processors in Command.
  • Order lookup by Telegra ID. The order details endpoint now accepts internal Telegra order IDs (order::…) in addition to storefront IDs.
  • Shipping details stay in sync. Pharmacy updates to shipping details during fulfilment are written back to the order record.
  • Renewal intake. Renewals reuse only the questionnaire instances the template and its products still require, so returning patients are not asked to repeat intake they have already completed.
  • Zero-total renewals retain their saved payment method, so a later non-zero renewal charges the correct card.

September 4, 2026

  • After-hours automated messaging. Affiliates using clinical messaging can configure an automatic reply for messages received outside business hours.
  • Reprice and reissue invoices. Administrators can recompute a closed billing period at current rates, void the original invoice, and issue a replacement. Affected affiliates may receive a voided invoice followed by a replacement.
  • Brand Identity: corner radius. A border radius setting applies consistently across the patient portal, journey pages, and checkout.
  • No Future Prescriptions questionnaire trigger. Intake is attached to an order only when the patient has no pending future prescription for the mapped products.
  • Abandoned cart timing is now a uniform two hours of inactivity for all affiliates.
  • Ticket Center and Subscriptions pages in Command gained filtering, sorting, and CSV export.
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay buttons are selectable again for affiliates with terms-of-service or privacy-policy URLs configured.
  • Webhook health checks now send a POST with a representative payload instead of a GET.

August 28, 2026

  • Apple Pay and Google Pay express checkout are available on Telegra Commerce.
  • Patient address updates now emit a webhook event.
  • Journey attribution. Landing and referrer URLs are captured on journey entry and available for attribution reporting.
  • Order confirmation and payment screens are configurable per affiliate, including headings, section visibility, support contact, and brand fonts.
  • Legal links in informed consent. Terms of Use and Privacy Policy links render in the consent step.
  • Retail pharmacy pickup details are shown in the patient portal for pickup medications.
  • Prescription-approved emails are grouped by prescription rather than repeated per item.
  • Prescription expiry no longer displays the visit expiration date.

August 14, 2026

  • Coupons are supported at checkout.
  • Customer service tooling. Case and ticket handling, a conversation timeline, and SLA tracking on chat.
  • Fulfilment auto-complete. A daily job completes orders left awaiting fulfilment beyond a configurable age, with a Manager report and CSV export.
  • Prescription instructions are included in the prescription-approved webhook payload.
  • Rich text in affiliate copy. Payment page, cart, get-started, and thank-you copy accept formatted text, sanitised on save.
  • Lab orders can be created and tracked through the platform.
  • Public FAQ endpoint for mobile and support surfaces.
  • Identity verification accuracy. Crosscheck results are now evaluated correctly during Vouched verification.
  • Pharmacy dispatch status from CTRL is reflected on the order, and shipment-detail updates refresh the order timestamp.

July 31, 2026

  • Identity verification. Patients can complete a Vouched identity check mid-journey, and a completed verification remains valid for 365 days.
  • Post-checkout disqualification. When a post-checkout answer disqualifies a patient on a paid order, the order and any linked subscription are unwound automatically and a refund summary is shown. The post_purchase_disqualification_processed webhook reports the outcome.
  • Journey disqualifier flow. Affiliates can define disqualifier logic and an optional redirect for disqualified patients.
  • Add-on questionnaires. Journeys can offer add-on products with their own eligibility questionnaire and custom disqualification copy.
  • Questionnaire reuse on renewal. Renewals reuse questionnaire instances from the originating journey instead of asking the patient again.
  • Two webhook events added: message-from-patient-received and order_reminder_sent. Sample payloads are now published for every public v2 webhook event.
  • KPI dashboard. Order, visit, and fulfilment metrics behind the Manager dashboard.
  • My Subscriptions is available as a patient portal tab, enabled per affiliate.
  • Affiliate support email and logo are configurable, and the logo resolves into outbound email.

June 30, 2026

  • Retail pharmacy at checkout. Patients choose a pickup pharmacy during checkout, and an explicit choice is required before the order proceeds.
  • Per-variation fulfilment. Each product variation can carry its own fulfilment method, applied through checkout and prescription processing.
  • Lab result notifications. Patients are emailed when lab results arrive, configurable per affiliate.
  • Portal branding. Portal logos and navigation colours are configurable per affiliate.
  • Consent signatures are persisted at pre-checkout, and file uploads are accepted up to 30 MB.
  • Pre-checkout uploads by reference. Files upload when selected rather than being carried in the browser, resolving checkout failures on large attachments.
  • Order Management V2 API with configurable SLA settings and SLA-aware sorting.
  • customInstructions is now returned by the prescriptions endpoint.
  • Date-of-birth handling corrected across the patient portal, Command, and pharmacy payloads.
